• Valid Copy of Tax Compliance Letter/Tax Compliance Certification/(TCL/TCC)
• Manufacturer%s Authorization
• For overseas bidders, the requirements mentioned above are not mandatory at opening. However, these requirements must be met prior to award if said overseas bidder is successful.
